Q: Do you do logos for businesses?
A: Yes, we do! My handy dandy partner helps me out in that area and does a great job! We can order your shirts or you can provide you own. It is best to email me for details!
Q: I know you say to give you 10-14 days to complete an order. Can you get my order back to me tomorrow?
A: If you know me at all, you know my biggest weakness is being able to say "no". I do the best I can to get orders out in a reasonable amount of time, so for a $10 rush fee I may be able to if my schedule allows. After having people asking for a "rush order" and then not picking up for several days after I am having to start charging for that as it takes time from orders that were previously placed.
Q: I live out of town, can you ship my order to me?
A: I am happy to ship your order to you and use PayPal or credit card for my out of town customers.
Q: I love my TSP product and have used it every day for the past year and it has broken or become worn, will you please replace it?
A: As much as it tickles me pink that you love your purchase that much, unless it is a manufacturers defect that shows up within 30 days, I can not be responsible for normal wear and tear to your item.
Q: I just picked up my item and the name was spelled incorrectly. What can we do?
A: It is nearly impossible to align a product back up exactly and get it where it was to redo a monogram. If it is my fault, I am happy to replace it, but please triple check the spelling before you send in your order.
Q: Do you do bulk pricing?
A: Pricing is one of the hardest parts of owning my own business. I feel that my prices are fair, in fact I often get told they are too cheap. However, yes I do offer bulk pricing on a case by case basis and depending on the product and what is going on them. It often happens when you order more than 6 of the same thing, with the same exact thing on them. Email me though if you have a question.
Q: Can I just tell you what I want when I see you out in public?
A: Sure, but the chances of me remembering what it was, what size, what color, the name, what color thread, and what font are slim to none. I have a 3 and 5 year old, remembering what day of the week it is becomes a challenge some days! PLEASE send your order to my email. I like to have all my orders in one place.
Q: I am not picky, will you just put together a gift for me?
A: Sure I will! But keep in mind it usually consists of me trying out my new fabrics and designs and might be more what I would like than you. Like I tell my kids, "You get what you get and you don't throw a fit!" Keep that in mind when ordering!
Q: I emailed you and never received a response.
A: I am a stay at home mom and wife first. TSP comes second. I usually return emails late in the evening when I do most of my work. If you haven't heard from me in 48 hours, check your spam box. My emails are famous for making their way there. In fact, you might add me to your contact list to help prevent that! (firstname.lastname@example.org) I normally do not return emails on the weekends, so keep that in mind!
Q: How do I wash/dry my TSP appliqued items?
A: I am guilty of washing and drying my daughters items and they have held up well. However, if you'd like to stay on the safe side, wash inside out and hang dry.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: If you are local you can drop your payment in the pink tub when you pick your order up. I accept cash, check or credit card. If you are out of town, I will send you a paypal invoice.
